Small looseleaf notebook designed for the Tulsa Farm Club in which is contained a list of officers and directors (1944-45) for the Club, the constitution, amendments and by-laws for the club (12 l.) The rest of the leaves are devoted to the roster of club members. Each leaf gives the name of the member, business connection, business address and telephone number, name and acreage of farm with its location in quite specific terms, type of farming conducted (livestock, crops, etc.), member's birthplace and the date they moved to Tulsa or vicinity. The notebook is designed so that as new members joined, additional information leaves could be added. On some of the leaves a printing date is given. These dates span 1945-1948.
